Note: There are special considerations for copying and pasting text from a Microsoft WordTM document, email, or another web page into the WYSIWYG Editor.
When formatted text is copied and pasted into your new content page, it can unintentionally introduce HTML code.
Copied and pasted text impact letter, word, and line spacing.
Instead, please copy and paste the desired text into a basic text editing program that will strip out formatting and extra code that you might not see.
Notepad is a basic text editor available on any machine running Microsoft WindowsTM. It can be found in the Accessories folder of the Programs or All Programs menu. If you are working from an AppleTM computer, TextEdit can be used (you must select Plain Text mode in the Program Settings).
Once the text is in Notepad, you can safely copy and paste it to your new content page, and then use the WYSIWYG editor to change text size and style as needed.
