To create a mass mailing archive for your website, complete the following steps:
Create A New Mailing
First, you need to create a mailing to be visible in your archive. To do this, go to your back office and click on the Mailings / New Mailing link. From here, title the mailing and decide your recipients. Then click next for step 2 " Track and Respond". On this page, you MUST CLICK mailing vilibility to be "public pages".
Continue on to add content to your mail, create a test mailing, and finally send. The mailing MUST be sent in order to appear on the mailing archive.
Next, you must enable the mailing archive block on your website. Go to your front end website. Click on the Administration Menu "Structure" link and choose the option "Blocks". From here, you will see a long list of blocks. At the bottom of this page, there will be a header for "disabled blocks". Within the list of disabled blocks, you will find a block titled "CRM Mass Mailing Listing". Move that block from the disabled list into a block area on your website (for example, move it to your "left sidebar"). CLICK SAVE at the bottom of the block administrative screen.
Now, you have a mailing archive! Look the the left sidebar (or wherever you moved the CRM Mass Mailing Listing block) and you'll see the block appear with a link inside the block to ANY "public pages" mailings that you've sent.
