The User Manuel here in the Jvillage Learn Center contains many "how to" articles that should help new users get started using our software. There are two main sections: jManage and jWeb. jManage is documentation for clients using the jManage database/website system. jWeb is for clients using just the Jvillage website AND instruction jManage websites.

Jvillage offers 30-minute training webinars throughout every month as part of all active subscriptions. You can repeat a class as many times as you like. Want to check on existing tickets? First, you need to make sure that you have an account. If you do, just click on SIGN IN at the top of the jLearn portal. If you are new to the jLearn portal and have NEVER OPENED A SUPPORT TICKET, go to SIGN IN, new to Jvillage in the lower left corner, and click "Sign Up." IF YOU HAVE PREVIOUSLY OPENED A SUPPORT TICKET OR had a log in and password for jManage (ShulSuite), then go to SIGN IN, have you emailed us in the lower left corner, and click "Get a Password."
Once you have signed in, click on "My Activities" and you will be able to see your ticket history.
