In the Actions drop down menu, select Print PDF Letter for Contacts.
Select the desired statement template (the same templates are used both for email and print publications).
(Optional) Updates to the statement template can be made directly in the Create Printable Letters screen. Be sure to either Update Template or Save As New Template before leaving the page to preserve any changes for future use. For further instruction on editing templates, refer to the View/Edit Statements section HERE.
Click Print/Merge Document.
A PDF message window appears asking whether to open or save the file – select Open.
Review the file for accuracy and print layout before printing – if edits are needed, refer to the View/Edit Statements section HERE.
Once satisfied with the resulting PDF, the statements can be printed and the entire file can be saved to your hard drive for future reference.
