Batch Bill Member Dues
Follow the directions here to create pledges in your member's accounts for their appropriate member dues.
Then, you have three choices:
1. Send statements to your members through postal mail
2. Send statements to your members via email
3. Send statements to your members via email AND include a "fancy mail merge token" in the mailing called "Community News & Engagement: Contribution Page: Pay Balances (id: #)". This token creates a link in your mailing for your member to click. Once clicked, it leads your member to the configured "Pay Balances" contribution page, with their information (e.g. pledges in pending, in progress, or overdue status) displayed.
